Harnett Grounds Group, LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, property cleanup, mulch and planting, and other outdoor property maintenance services. Specific services, pricing, and schedules may vary based on the property and the work requested.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time the estimate is provided. Pricing may change if the condition of the property, scope of work, materials required, or other circumstances differ from what was originally described or observed. Any significant changes will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.
Scheduling
Service dates and times may be affected by weather, equipment issues, property conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When necessary, we may reschedule service and will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and informing us of hazards, underground systems, pets, locked gates, or other conditions that could affect the work. Customers should remove or identify fragile or valuable items from the service area before work begins.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided with your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or inability to access the property may result in rescheduling or applicable charges if disclosed and agreed to in advance.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Harnett Grounds Group LLC offers an SMS messaging program for customers who voluntarily opt in. Text messages may include responses to estimate requests, appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling information, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support communications.
